Nickel Creek Bluegrass?

I would like the opinions of people who love Bluegrass. Is there anyone out there who feels as I do that Nickel Creek is NOT Bluegrass? Some kind of progressive jazzed-up type of country music using Bluegrass instruments, but, it is NOT Bluegrass! I am not saying it is bad music; I am just tired of people promoting anything and everything as Bluegrass! Anyone agree or disagree?
