Dear Mr. Scruggs, I play the 5-string banjo since the age of 16, I am 42 now.
I fell in love with the banjo, hearing "Foggy mountain
banjo-breakdown" for the first time, I think it was in 1975.
Since then banjo was always on my mind.
Now I own a Gibson mastertune, Earl Scruggs, Goldplated-signature, and I am very proud of it!
You have brought very much joy in my life and I wish to thank you for that with all of my hart!!
It was very hard to get some of your recordings here, in Belgium at the time. Most I have got in France and some in Italy, your book I've got in London.
I have met Bill Keith in Holland and Tony Trischka
in Brussels and they all talk about you as the "the one and only"...
Dear Mr. Scruggs, I am a professional architect, with a own office, here in Belgium, architecture is my goal
but the banjo is my true love and you made it happen!
Love and thanks,
Jean Vandercammen
