Dear Mr.Scruggs, I saw the "The Earl Scruggs Revue" in Los Angeles in 1974 at UCLA. Sally Goodwin is one of my favorites. I put my first banjo on lay-a-way the the Guitar Center in Hollywood and have been playing eversince. I've never much of a reason to study other banjoist music and have had a few times when someone would say "kick off so and so " and i did not know it because it wasn't a "Flatt n Scruggs" song or i never heard it. I've learned most of the songs in your book, which by-the-way is the only book i ever bought and i still have it and review it when i need to. By-the-way, I really enjoy listening to Paul Warren. He had a certain pull on the bow that's hard to match...Thanks for so many years of wonderful music. My question was, when are you coming to North Carolina?
