I'm Frank also known as Hylo Brown's third cousin though I never met him in person he was a great man and singer we all loved him very much his music is brilliant.He sent us christmas cards every year and from what I've heard and know of him he was one of the nicest guys around he was very sweet and we will all miss him dearly.
