I definitely did not take offense to anything. You are right about the tab issues in the book, however, the book did help me out in order to play something somewhat close to the real thing. I have also noticed how certain messages are de-listed, especially when the names Snuffy Jenkins, Don Reno, and Ralph Stanley show up and comparisons are made. I can't figure it out, because debates and comparisons are healthy.
