Thank you David Schenk for the information, I had hoped to buy sme merchandise when he was due to play recently at The Barbican Theatre, London, but unfortunately the show was cancelled. It was a great disappointment-I've been listening to his, and Lester Flatt's, music since the early 60's and almost, at last, got to see him play live! Anyway, I will just have to wait until the next time. Thank you for the information, greetings to everybody in the USA.
