I'm working with a local musician to produce a new CD which has a Bruce 'Utah' Phillips song, 'Rocksalt and Nails.' I found out from Utah's company, No Guff Records, that the rights to that music is owned by Scruggs Music. We attempted to send a letter to the music company using an address, PO Box 66, Madison, TN 37116-0066, but the letter was returned. Can anyone help us find the orrect address or, even better, a simple way to arrange for permission or pay royalties for the use of Utah's song? Thanks in advance for your help!!
