The house where Earl was born is not still standing. I have been to the area a couple of times.
Earl has a brother,Horace, who still lives near their birthplace. He is a retired custodian of Gardner-Webb college.
I have been to HIS home and have talked extensively with him about their lives as children.
He has a local group, can't recall name right now. I'm sure that you could get in contact with him through information or internet. I think his listing would be Shelby.
