I am a banjo player from South carolina, and had the fortune of going to Gardner Webb College in Boiling Springs NC. I did not know it at the time, but Horace was over the maintenance department. One night I was in my dirm picking, when a guy stuck his head in and ask if he could het his guitar and play some. I said sure, and while he was gone, I almost died when I learned he was Earl's brother. We played many times together, went back to his house, his wife would cook for us. What an experience from 1970-1972.
