They came from across the Nation, Canada, The U.K.,Sweeden, Japan, and other points around the globe, to see the Master and the influence he has had on the music and the instrument. The artists who appeared and the things said and demonstrated in the workshop clearly defined Earl as the Father of the 5-string, but the true scope of the respect and admiration for Earl was in the distances the fans traveled to see the man and hear him play it live! What an experience!!! The world thanks you Mr. Scruggs.
