As a beginning banjo player, I know the concert had a profound and permanent effect on me. I will never look at the banjo again in the same light. The concert was a mystical experience for me. There is no one like Earl Scruggs. The workshop was extraordinary. Tom Adams is the master of that right hand. Thank You Earl Scruggs for giving me the opportunity to see you and your band. I will never forget the experience. Alan Terrill
